Anchor is designed for private, personal use. There are no social networking features, public profiles, or user-to-user interactions in the current version.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Anchor. Parents or guardians may store memories about children, but children do not create accounts.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Anchor (“Your Content”).
3.2 License to Operate the Service
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for advertising.
3.3 Responsibility for Your Content
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content:
- does not violate any laws
- does not infringe on others’ rights
- is backed up if you wish to retain it outside the app
You may delete Your Content at any time.

- upload harmful or malicious code
- use Anchor for illegal activities
- attempt to access accounts that are not yours
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
